Cancellation policy

Each mystery jewelry jar is made to order and often begins processing shortly after the purchase is placed, we are only able to accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed.

After 24 hours, materials may already be allocated or customization work may have begun, and at that point, we are unable to cancel the order.

If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, please email us at "mysteryjarss@gmail.com" with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
