Handling Time

The current processing and handling time is 3-5 Business days before orders are shipped. More complex requests may be subject to longer waiting times such as 2-3 weeks or longer. We’re working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience and support. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping provider.

If the order is not able to be delivered and is sent back to sender, buyer will be fully responsible for the cost. 

Customs Duties & Import Fees

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not have control over these fees, and they are not included in the purchase or shipping price. If presented with customs charges, payment will be required to release your package.
