Due to the custom, handmade nature of each mystery jewelry jar, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please note: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in their care. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking information.
